Rule #166 — Wearing Of Raincoats
The Naked Houseboy may be permitted or required to wear a raincoat or other rainwear during conditions of precipitation, but the wearing of approved rainwear does not necessarily grant any right to physical privacy nor exemption from protocols that require his naked body be visible for inspection or examination.
