Rule #353 — Collaring Party

The House Boy may be required to attend and mingle at a planned or surprise Collaring Party any time after passing his Pre-Collaring Inspection and shall be subject to all applicable rules and protocols including mandatory nudity and physical inspections, regardless of who may present and could observe.
