The Naked Houseboy shall maintain Master’s lawnmower filled with fuel and ready for use, periodically checking to insure that it successfully starts and operates properly for Houseboy use whenever professional or volunteer landscapers are unavailable or are unable to arrive and conduct outdoor maintenance as scheduled.
