Rule 19-B — Level Three Discipline (Bedroom)

A Houseboy who commits a Level Three Violation in his bedroom or who is sentenced to Level Three Discipline for a violation elsewhere with punishment to be administered in his bedroom shall submit to discipline only while completely naked and safely restrained to his bed, with the number of swats and chosen implement to be announced in advance and punishment to commence and continue to completion regardless of who may be present and could observe.
