Rule #26 — Jockstrap At Public Urinal

A Houseboy who is away from home and has been permitted or required to wear a jockstrap under his outerclothing must lower his pants or shorts entirely below the genital area when using a public urinal to reduce the likelihood of an accident which may result in urinary spills or wet clothing on the front side.
