Rule #283 — Rinsing Of Anus And Scrotum

The Naked House Boy shall properly rinse his anus and scrotum on demand and following the washing portion of any bath or shower, using a spray attachment when available to insure complete rinse of soap or body wash to allow for a clean and proper appearance after drying off.
