When the Houseboy exits from a shower or bath and does not have a suitable bath towel to properly dry, he is required to present himself standing near the open bathroom door with both arms at his sides in the Report Position (Rule #211), and then verbally call out and ask for permission to retrieve or use an alternate item for drying, remaining until such time as he is able to properly dry or becomes naturally sufficiently dry to continue his normal duties and chores.
