Rule #363 — Strip Search Record Sheet (Body Search Record Sheet)

When the Naked Houseboy is directed to submit to any formal Full Body Inspection (including all pre-scheduled weekly examinations) a Strip Search Record Sheet shall be completed noting the condition of every body part, and any Houseboy who reports for Full Body Inspection must cooperate and comply with all preparation and examination protocols regardless of who may be present and could observe.
