Rule #82-B — Circumcision Status

Any circumcised Houseboy shall complete an official Circumcision Status form prior to collaring and annually thereafter to declare the missing foreskin and classify his penile tightness and position as part of his Official Houseboy Uniform (Rule #1), and he is also subject to physical verification and possible reclassification of his penile tightness and position at any time an apparent change is observed or reported at any time.
